These vary according to location, local provision and the individual employee’s wishes but can include access to medical support, including health professionals, and private health cover and annual free eye-tests with contribution to the purchase of glasses where needed for VDU use.

We acknowledge that our employees have personal lives which they must juggle with their work commitments and we are committed to supporting them to integrate the two effectively.  We therefore work to keep our family-friendly policies up-to-date to support those employees who have parental or caring responsibilities and to offer a range of flexible working conditions where operational requirements permit. We offer maternity and paternity benefits to all employees which often go above the statutory requirements and also Accor childcare vouchers to eligible employees.

Salaries are reviewed annually with our annual bonus for eligible employees paid in March.
